Treatment Estimates
Before beginning any treatment, we provide a detailed written estimate that outlines all recommended procedures and their costs. We will also submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company so you know your out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
